Wednesday Woes…

Okay, so really… not too woeful at the moment. But the headache, cramps, and 3 days of being woefully sleep deprived… I decided to give myself a pity party. Don’t worry. Won’t last long. I have a 4 month old to chase after.

Yes. I said chase. Granted, she is only rolling around… but she is quick about it.  Give her another few weeks, and she will be crawling. She is as impatient as all get out that she can’t reach things as well as she would like. Currently, she is happily sitting in her bumpo looking in the mirror.  Now she is looking at me with a “What? You don’t look at yourself in the mirror and think, ‘Damn. I cute!’ ?”

By the way, I have joined in on the writing a blog with a group of awesome women. We will be writing about all sorts of fun things in life, but mostly motherhood.  If you would love to visit that site, go right on ahead. You will love these ladies!!  motherhooduncovered.com

So, with that I am going to post my new favorite quote. I do this, randomly.  With searching the internet and my love of reading, I find quotes that strike me and are just- Powerful. Especially coming from opinionated, strong-willed, passionate women!  Can’t get enough of those! This quote totally reflects who I am, and who I am trying to remain to be:  A strong-willed, sometimes certifiable (and is okay with that), passionate woman!

“I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.” ~ Marilyn Monroe
